This tom was from my 1998 season.
BJ`s first double, two jakes.
BJ used a mouth-call to lure this tom.
18½ lbs. 11" beard & 1" spurs.
BJ was hunting with a friend, Audie Green,
when he harvested this nice gobbler, 22 lb.
11" beard & 1½" spurs. "Way ta go BJ!"
I managed to take this nice gobbler during
the 2000 turkey season. 17½ lbs.

I brought this tom in during a thunderstorm.
4/3/2001, 20 lbs. 10 in. beard & 1 in. spurs.
This jake came to my decoys gobblin' &
struttin' within 15 yds. on a foggy morning
4/4/2001. He had 2 beards 6 in. & 1-1/2 in.
weighed 17 1/2 lbs.
I'm very happy to say in my 12 years of turkey
hunting this is the most I've harvested. My 3rd
turkey this season. A jake 14 lbs. with 2 beards
6 in. & 2 in. with button spurs.
