CLUB RULES
                      
BIG CREEK HUNTING
CLUB 2015-2016 season



1. All people hunting on Big Creek Hunting Club must be a paid member and a mebership
   card holder and members must carry their mebership card on their person while on club
   land. Any family member under 18 years must be accompanied by a paid member.

2.Big Creek Hunting Club will not except responsibility for accidents which may occur
   on hunting land.

3.No one is allowed to drive on any hunting club roads, except to retrieve down deer
   during hunting season.
        
4.No one is allowed to hunt anyone's primary stand unless you have their permission and
    no hunting within 100 yards of any members permanent stand or food plot. If  you are caught, your
    membership will be revoked with no refund. Also if you have a planted food plot other than your
    primary stand the same rule applies as the primary stand.

5.No man drives and no hunting by way of walking around, NO Exceptions!

6. No tree stands are to be built to a tree or put up with nails or spikes. Anyone caught
   grazing new roads or destroying trees will be liable for the damage and lose his/her
   membership.

7. All State and Federal laws will be enforced. You must wear an orange vest/hat while deer
   season is open.

8. Scouting will be allowed from close of deer season Jan. 1st until Sept 1st. when next deer hunting
   season opens, with the exception of two weeks before and during all of turkey season, no scouting will be
   allowed. All stationary stands must be in place two weeks( Sept. 1st ) before the beginning of deer
   hunting seasons.

9. No visitors allowed on Big Creek Hunting Club land except on special occations and then they must
   be a family member. You must be 50 miles or more to be considered an out of town vistor.
   Out of town visitors are to use the members stands only that invited them or bring their on climing stand.
   Their deer will consist of the member's limit of deer, they must tag in and obey all Big Creek Hunting Club rules.

10. All deer taken must be logged in on one of the kill boards, no exception.

11. The placing of corn in feeders or on the ground will be allowed only at a members primary stand or any
     stand you have with a food plot. Anyone caught placing corn anywhere else on the club will lose their
     membership without refund.

12. Anyone caught taking a doe without a doe tag on days that are not legal doe days will lose their
     membership without refound.

13. Hog hunting is aloud during all seasons, but no putting corn out will be allowed two weeks before and
    during all of turkey season. Also before hunting hogs the same rules apply to the primary stand of members
    unless you have their permission and no hunting within 100 yards of any members permanent stand or food plot.
    the reson behind this rule is, if a member takes the time to buy and place corn or bait out for hogs it would
    not be fair to them.  Also if you have a planted food plot other than your primary stand the same rule applies
    as the primary stand. If  you are caught, your membership will be revoked with no refund.

14, No hog at hunting at night without a wildlife permit number and you must peg in an area where you will be
     hunting day or night.

15. All dues are to be paid by July 1st, of that hunting season, NO Exceptions!. If you have any questions
     about rules please feel free to ask.
   



* If any member would like to pay any money toward next years dues in advance, starting January 1st

  you can do so. You would recieve a receit and your money will be deposited in the club bank account.

  If for some reason you don't stay in the club you can ask for your money to be refunded back to you.

  If your money is refunded back you would not be a member next season unless you pay in full by July 1st

  prior to next deer season, no Exceptions!
